Happy National S’mores Day, everyone. The ladies of Friday Frivolity are here to celebrate with our favorite smores recipes. I’d like for everyone to welcome a new co-host today, Lindsay. You can check out her blog before the link up below.
Today I’m sharing my take on s’mores, Banana Chocolate Hazelnut S’mores.
The ingredients for this recipe are super simple.
I used Great Value Chocolate Banana Twist & Shouts, BerryHill Hazelnut Spread and marshmallows. If you’ve never tried BerryHill Hazelnut Spread and you have an Aldi near you, try it. It’s amazing and its a fraction of the cost of name brand Nutella.
Assembling your s’mores
Pull apart your cookies. On the cookie without the cream swipe on some hazelnut spread. Put half a marshmallow onto the crème side and top with your hazelnut cookie. Using parchment paper makes clean up easier. Bake on low heat (around 300-325) for a few minutes until the marshmallow is soft and gooey. Enjoy while warm.
Now time for the new stuff!
Lindsay is a fabulously fun blogger who shares her attempts at cooking, DIY, and trying to be a fashionable mom over at Crazy About Expresso. Her most recent post is sharing a review of her latest Stitch Fix Box.
In a fun twist, since we have multiple hosts and co-hosts we will also have multiple features…. but you will have to go check out the other blogs to see if you were featured there! 😉
